Title: Analyst - Software Packaging & Distribution

Location: Bartlesville - OK

[font="times new roman"]The Analyst - Software Packaging & Distribution will be responsible for taking the commercial software applications and re-package them for distribution in the enterprise via SMS.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have Experience creating MSI based installation packages for an enterprise having more than 500 nodes.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have at least 3 years of experience with software packaging in an enterprise environment and associated methodologies and technologies.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Performing functions within the software management service related to application packaging.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have prior experience developing and testing silent, unattended application installation packages.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have demonstrated work experience with end users to test and ensure proper application functionality.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have demonstrated experience responding to customer requests / problems related to software packaging.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have demonstrated experience participating in a 24x7x365 on-call support process.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Possess a strong understanding of the Windows XP Professional operating system.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have real-time experience providing desktop support in an enterprise environment.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have prior real-time experience with software distribution using Microsoft SMS application deployment.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have experience with developing applications or with scripting technologies. (e.g. WiseScript, vbScript, batch files, etc.)

[font="times new roman"]¨ Have experience with application installation configuration software. (e.g. Wise, InstallShield)

[font="times new roman"]¨ Good understanding of application interfaces like COM, ODBC, BDE, Oracle client, etc. preferred.

[font="times new roman"]¨ Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science or IT related preferred.
