Windows Sidebar

I have a gadget customized for our users and am about to create a package for it in windows 7. I would like to know if the windows sidebar would load the gadget automatically for the user who logs in. And can we freeze the gadget for the user. By freeze i mean to say that the user cannot opt to close the gadget.

Is this possible? If so can some one provide me with the things to do.

This was extremely useful information. But it did not freeze the gadget onto the users desktop. The logged in user is still able to close the gadget after the settings were modified.
