when I run scripts, the following fields never populate:  Succeeded, Completed, and Success Rate.  However, I know that scripts are succeeding.

  • That is a little odd. What version are you running of the KBOX server. It could be a bug issue.

Kace documentation states that "Save Agent Logs" is turned off.  And it gives you the location as:  Settings > General Settings > Log Retention > Retain Log data > Set Options
If you look there, you will not find the exact terminology, and that will only leave a doubt and no results.
However, if you go to Settings-->Provisioning-->Communication Settings, you will find "Agent Logging" at the very top of the page.  Check that box and you've fixed the problem.
