Does anyone understand why KACE deletes the download folder after a successful or failed install (referring to the numbered folders in side the Download folder on the client)? I see this behavior with both Managed Installs and Software Library objects but it dosnt always happen. I'm aware of the check box in a MI to specifically delete the files but this is not enabled. I contacted support and they said it has to do with the 2GB limit for the client drop size, but that wasn't correct as I cleared out the folder and its continues to delete. Odd part is it's not consistent and I occasionally see the folder remain. Does anyone understand what causes these folder to delete?
