  • Check the Patch Log:

1 Go to the K1000 Settings: Control Panel page:

The full list of error codes (a bit outdated maybe) can be found here:
http://www.kace.com/de/support/resources/kb/solutiondetail?sol=SOL111687&action=artikel&cat=6&id=906&artlang=en

I suggest to do the following: enable debug of the agent (net stop ampagent, add debug=detail in the c:\programfiles\dell\kace\amp.conf file, net start agent), delete all .log files in that folder and run a new detect and deploy job. Then review the kdeploy.log what happened. If you need help with that contact support with that log.

FAIL (99) is Unknown Download Failure. but (84) isn't listed in the documents I've seen.

  • Thanks
  • Was there ever a resolution to this? I am having the same problem with 3 patches now.
    • There is a hot fix for a few patches which are causing issues. Call/email support and give them the patch KB numbers that are giving you issues. If they are the ones I was having issues with they will re-download the patches after you apply the hotfix.
