Just loaded the K1000 trial. When I login using the web browser, it goes to the Ticket tab, but when I go back to the Welcome tab, I only see what in on the attached pic.

Also, none of the other tabs seem to work.

Please advise...

You need to add ".admin" to your URL to go to the admin interface. Your screenshot shows you logging into the Service Desk User Portal. :)
