VNC to remote kace agents

Hello All

We currently have a couple of remote locations that are not currently setup on a VPN to our corp office, this will be happening in the next few months but for now they are separate from us. I have the kace agents installed on all workstations and servers at these locations and they are checking in correctly.

My questions is there a way I can remote access them through kace with out having to setup port forwarding in the firewall for each connection? Does anyone else have this same type of scenario and has a better practice than what I am trying to do?

Thank you

Kace does not run the apps on the server it tells the works stations to what to run. It is more of a coordinator then a participant in the remote session.

Setup the capability to remote connect to one unit (tech station) at each site and then use that device to remote all the others at the site.  Set restrictions that limit the connection to the remote tech station to be from the corporate source only.
