Users can't see tickets after they are moved from their queue

New KACE administrator here, I'm sure my question has been answered before and I just can't find it.  Is there a way in KACE to allow users to view/update their tickets after it moves from their original queue to another one?  The only way I can see to do it now is to add all four hundred employees to all queues.  Which in my opinion is not a option.  Any asisstance or directions to the answer is greatly appreciated.

  • Depends on which queue they are in. If they are in a specific queue, then no. They would have to be in the All Queues to view the tickets. Each queue is separate so that way tickets are viewable by others unless they have access to that queue and switch to it. - nshah 10 years ago
  • So what you are saying is if I have 20 queues I would have to add all four hundred users to each queue? Then once they are added to each queue you would then have to filter through all of them to assign to a different individual? - sallard@erccollections.com 10 years ago
