%%USERPROFILE%% Property
Used installshield to take a snapshot.
Package is failing with 1606 Could not access network location %USERPROFILE%
I can see that its failing at CostFinalize. I think since CostFinalize is done at the system level it can not resolve %%USERPROFILE%%.
Does anyone have an answer?

Hi Michael,
go to the directory table and search for the %USERPROFILE% string.
Have a look which subdirs point to it. Maybe you can use a built in shellfolder like AppDataFolder.
If you need it, you have to use a Custom Action to populate the directory property

The Property is set to Dirproperty1 in propery table.
Directory table has Parent set to TARGETDIR and DefaultDir: .
