Update Package
Hi,
I would like to update a package.
I've distributed a msi with a mst, changes are in the mst.
Now, I've a new mst with new changes but it's the same msi.
Question:
Is it possible to create a msp between 2 mst?
If not, how I can do that?
I don't want to uninstall the first version because a lot of parameters was created after installation and I'would like to keep them.
Thank you for your help.

I don't want to uninstall the first version because a lot of parameters was created after installation and I'would like to keep them.If that post-installation data isn't part of the package i.e. it's not in the MSI or MST, it will be left after uninstallation. This behaviour explains why you sometimes find orphan files and/or registry data after an uninstall.
