if it was installed using Kace try using the automated script to unoinstall it, it has never failed for us :)

  1. log on to the k1000
  2. go to Scripting > Configuration Policy
  3. Click on Un-Installer Wizard
  4. Give it a name
  5. Chose the software (use the filter if you have a lot of software.)
  6. Save
Now that is your script created, now you need to run it.

  1. Now go to Scripting > Run Now
  2. Choose the script you have just created (again use the filter if you have lots of scripts)
  3. If you are only uninstalling from a single PC probably best to select the machine (yes... use the filter if you need to)
  4. click on run now.
Hope this helps.

I know this is a really onld post but everyone searching may find this usefull.

Is it already packaged using an MSI or Wise install?

If so, typing in something like this in a batch file

msiexec /x [package code] /passive

will uninstall it.

no it's not in msi format yet.. it's in exe ... and we will be using Active directory to uninstall.. we have to create msi package for this...
