Is there a way to turn off the Satisfaction Survey?  I have tried a couple things, but they still keep going to the submitter.

There is a bug in the 6.3 version, such that even if you choose to hide the Satisfaction Survey in your Ticket layout, the survey continues to appear. This has been acknowledged as a bug by Support and should be (Better be) fixed in the 6.4 release
