trying to install to nework drive
hey folks,
need help with installing to network drive.....when i do a dry run of the installation to a network drive it works fine....when i try the same install during a capture i can install to the network drive but once i compile and try running the msi install
it wownt install to the network as previous......
any ideas ???

What does a verbose log tell you?
If you're deploying via something like SMS/SCCM or Group Policy, you won't be able to install to a network drive, since the local System account - which these mechanisms use to install - has no network access by default.

How are you installing to network drive?
Through custom action or through msi databse? Please find below link, may be it will help you...
