Ticket Rules: Is there a way to change the color or bold the fonts of the owners response ?

Users who create a ticket are getting lost in the ticket history and need a way to highlight, bold or change color if owner of the ticket response. Or, if anyone has suggestions that would be great !

I think this would need to be a feature request... The owner comments are just text entries in the database. The K1 just renders the list of comments.
