Ticket rule select query saved ticket

Is there any way to select the ticket that was just saved when the rule uses "On Ticket" save?

  • What are you trying to accomplish? If I understand correctly you want to select a ticket that was just changed by a rule that uses "On Ticket Save", correct? - h2opolo25 9 years ago
