Ticket Rule for transfering tickets between queues
I am using this ticket rule from the Kace KB and it has worked perfectly.
However, since we have have upgraded to 5.4, part of the rule does not work completely anymore. This is due to the change here:
"Any ticket rules that refer to HD_QUEUE custom fields will fail because custom fields were moved to HD_FIELD table. you will have to rewrite them."
I was told to simply replace every reference to HD_QUEUE with HD_FIELD but that didn't work for me. Is anyone else using this rule under 5.4+? I am using the "advanced version" of the rule that is in the Kace KB. The part that does not work anymore is the "Rule A: Create A Pick List"
