the Wise line (Wise Package Studio
[8D] I know i can use Wise, and i guess also now Wise is the product im using. I just read somewhere that y could use a specific symantec tool to customize your client, but i guess this was maybe in previous versions of the AV-client?
Well i still have some problem regarding the client
When i upgrade from v9.x everything is working fine(looks like it) (Virus Def is showing)
But when i do a clean install the Virus Def is not showing(its blank) Anyone know why?. I have also tried rebooting the client but this have no affect.

ORIGINAL: AngelDIf you do so on Symantec's site, using 'packager' as your search term (it seemed silly adding 'Symantec'...) you get references only to the PC Anywhere packager tool. LOL...
Try searching for "Symantec Packager".
Anyway, searching elsewhere, I get the impression that the tool is on the AV install CD. Is there a folder on that CD called 'Packager'? Maybe that's a good place to start...

ORIGINAL: AngelDOh, absolutely, Kim. I wasn't having a go, just laughing myself hoarse that Symantec's search facility seems to be on a par with Altiris's, i.e. next to useless unless you know what you're searching for (in which case, why would you be searching?!?) :)
Why I said "Symantec Packager" was that the (packaging) customization tool was called that before anyway.
