Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 10
Hi. Most of our workstations have Symantec Antivirus CE v9.0 installed, and I need to perform a firm wide upgrade to v10. I'm wonder whether I can just create a MSI for v10.0 and install it over v9.0 on the workstation. Thanks.

When we upgraded from a scripted install of version 8 to an MSI Group Policy deployment of version 10, it was mostly flawless. There were a handful (5% or so) that needed to have us manually uninstall 8 before 10 would go on cleanly.
I recognize that you are already past 8 and are at 9, but I would imagine the same sort of response would be expected.
