Since upgrading to the above version the summaryon all of our tickets now have the HTML tags is anyone else experiencing this?
Example below:
.<br /><br />First quote is for the Casio projector. 

This is very annoying when going through a long summary and trying to read it. edit-icon.png

Do you have a service request opened?  If you do, can we get the SR #?  If not, can you open one up and reference this KB article so we can try to address your issue?  The fix is supposed to be in service pack 3 but there isn't currently an ETA on when that will come out.
