Submitters getting emailed
It seems that submitters are now getting emailed through KBOX by comments that are marked "owners only". It started happening since sometime last week. I have done no updates or changes. Any advice, or what to check?

First check the system rules for the queue configuration to see what options are selected. If you are using a custom rule then check the syntax to see if it might be matching incorrectly.
