Steps needed to set up, and deploy Scripted OS image from K2000

ok, somewhat related to my last post about the scripted OS install. my task is this

1: get the scripted OS installs working on the K2000. we are currently using the Kimage method, and boss would rather use scripted installs.

2: create the proper KBE environments for the scripted installs.

upload/create the images to be used for scripted installs

3: create pre and post install tasks that will prep the hard drives, install drivers etc.. and for post, be able to have different software packages installed as well as the Kbox agent.

I need help with all of this, as I have not done it before in this way.

i have read the admin guides, but they provide only basic over view on how to set it up.

can someone please help me with detailed step by step instructions on how to create the boot enviroment, the OS image, and pre and post install tasks?

thank you very much for your help!

Check these out, they cover most of what you'll want:

For the filling in the blanks, I would do searches on this site.  That's what I did when I started out and my scripted installs are now working great (after much experimentation).
