I am having trouble getting the "summary" section of the helpdesk ticket into my report, I have tried several different ways but it wont work correctly, any help would be much appreciated.

  • What sql do you have already. Are you referring to the ticket history? that can get very long since every comment is added to the history.
  • One useful way I've found to get what you need is to create a generic report through the wizard to get the fields you need. Then access the SQL in that report and use it as a reference in your custom SQL reports.
