Software deploment to add FHSA for Avantax eForms 2023

Is there something I can modify to the msi package to add FHSA for Avantax eForms 2023?

I already changed INSTALLLEVEL to 101 and I'm able to install with sillent command /qn

This is what I'm trying to ad: https://avantax.ca/eForms/forms/fhsa/

´the best way would be: 
Ask the vendor for additional (not documented) options.
You can simply add the additional options in the KACE fields depending on where to set
