Setting Special Permissions from command line

Hi,

I'm setting NTFS persmissions on a folder with tools like CACLS, XCALCS and SUBINACL from the command line. Is there a way to set specific special persmissions? For exemple, I would like to remove the DELETE permission, and activate the DELETE SUBFOLDERS AND FILES. I can't find the right switchs. Or maybe I should use another tool?

Thanks a lot.
