I have a my K1000 in my Main office data center, I have several Remote locations in different time zones each with there own Service desk queues. is it possible and if so how, when a ticket comes in (usally by email) that the queue reflects the current local time for ticket open/close ect.

  • Tickets are time stamped when they come in based on where the KBOX is at.

    If you are good with MySQL, in reports you could change the time..etc but the KBOX today can only be in one timezone.
