Self Healing while lauching shourtcuts in SCCM Client?

I have repackaged the application SCCM Client
While launching the shortcut Config Console every time it goes for repair.
Can anyone help for finding a solution??????????

Why re-package it? It's already in MSI format.

Assuming you actually mean the admin console and not the SCCM client then see the following:
