Scripting - Send Message
We recently purchased KACE however our training is not scheduled until next month. I have already been able to deploy software using Managed Installs however I cannot figure this one out.
How do you just do a popup message without actually running anything? I went through the demo "Message Window Script Example" and removed the items related to notepad however there is no "Continue" or "Dismiss" button in the message window.
Basically I want to use it like a status alert. Say if a system goes down, we can popup the message on users computers rather than sending email (hard to do when the email server goes down)...

You can do this with an alert.
Reporting -> Alerts
You can set the message, which machines to deploy to, and even schedule them.
