Scripting Installation Dependencies location

I'm trying to install Iron Port Secure Email on a machine using a script and I'm new to Kace and having issues completing the task. I have two files that are setup as dependencies. cisco.exe and setup.iss

the command i need is cisco.exe /s /v /qn /f1"setup.iss"

My question I guess is when i put the dependencies in the script how do I reference them in the launch program file under task 1. What would the directory need to be?

Thanks in advance.

You can reference them directly, as they will be put into the same directory as the script, so it would be the same:
cisco.exe /s /v /qn /f1"setup.iss"
(though you might want a space after the f1 and setup.iss, no?)

Yeah the command is right. I can make the install work from a command prompt just not through kace. If I don't reference the file in a location and just put the file name down. It says

Error creating process: \Cisco.exe /s /v /qn /f1"setup.iss": (2) The system cannot find the file specified.

Thats why I'm figuring I need to put a location of the dependencies.

quickwhips,

Zip up the Cisco.exe and setup.iss.

Upload the zip and try your command that way.

Just make sure you zip up the files and not a folder containing the files.

A screen shot of your config might also help.
