i just ran into an issue where my pcs are staying up for long. just checking anybody have a script in place to reboot windows xp and windows 7 would you mind sharing.

shutdown -r

  • I like to use the -t parameter there to give the user some warning this will happen.

K1000 Script

  • i just found a script to shutdown i just duplicate that sscript and at -r -f to it and its working thanks guys
  • smal.tmcc do you have a report for this script by any chance
  • No, Our bios's are setup to turn the machines off at midnight, so we use it as a run now when we use it.
