Running a simple windows batch file

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to run a simple batch file that copys network drives. It looks like this:

COPY Folder1 Folder2

This works great locally but will not work with KACE 1000. I tried using an on and offline script, "launching the program", and "run a batch file." Is there a simple way to run a batch file with Kace1000? An example would be great!

Thank you

By default scripts run in the system context which won't have access to network shares. If you are using a script to copy files you can upload them as a dependency and use the script to copy the file from ${KACE_DEPENDENCY_DIRECTORY}

I have several scripts that use network shares, They are all "Online Shell scripts" running as local system. If that doesn't work you can probably run it with a service account that has access to the network share.
