Star...I think your question was addressed/answer in your 2nd post...which was a post related to your 1st post. So, considering this sounds like a 3rd post on the same issue, I'll link you back to the 2nd post where, from what I can see, it was answered on how to "wrap" RunAs to include the username/password:

If I use the RemoveFile Table for deleting the remaining files,what bout the installation Folders.How can I get rid of those?

How can I get rid of those?Well, the first thing to do would be to read the MSDN article on that table. You may want to pay particular attention to the first paragraph. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa371201(VS.85).aspx :)
Handily, the article two articles down from the RemoveFile one deals with the RemoveRegistry table.
