Repairmode
Hi,
Lately i'm having some problems to trigger the repair mode and do the action which is missing.
I repackaged a software installation and have some files located c:\documents and settings\%username%\Softwarepackage
Now I created a new component in the same feature as the executable to be launched. In the component I added the required files and a dummy registry key, set as key.
When launching the program for the first time, I see the repair installation screen, the registry key is set, but there are no files copied.
Can someone explain it to me?

Sound like you need to turn on verbose logging as it seems you're doing everything correct.
Verify that the directory entry in the Directory table is correct for the files located under "%UserProfile%\Softwarepackage".
