Quick time preferences.
Hi,
I started packaging QuickTime7.0.3 using Wise tool. I'm able to use it properly, but I doesn't know where Quicktime preferences are getting saved. Due to this all users are able to change file assosciations and MIME settings. We people own't give any permissions to users for changing file associations.
I tried to figure out by running filemon and regmon. Where I could get only C:\Documents and settings\all users\application data\apple computer\quicktime\quicktime.qtp and com.quicktime.list file are getting modified.
Please let me know if any of you have any solution for the same.

I'm also able to edit HKCR keys from login which doesn't has admin credentials. Please let me know on which folder or key should I need to tighten permssions.

Well.. you can always make these files "read-only". That might do it.
