/qb not in Run Advertised programs
Dear all,
I've got the following problem: I made my package and tested it running msiexec /i acroread.msi /qb - all works fine. It installs and I can see the small user interface that is not more but the progress bar.
When I deploy this by SMS 2003 (mandatory) it appears under Run Advertised Programs and installs fine too, but it is completely silent. Since I would like to give users the feedback of the progress bar I'm looking for a solution to this. I tried this with three packages but all go through with out any feedback. Any ideas?

Make sure you have the 'Allow uses to interact with installation' box checked in SMS.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
