Software Deployment

Am deploying activeclient agent smart card middleware to our network. I also installed it on our base load through gp. Problem is when a new computer is joined and gets the base load pushed again the active client will not reinstall like the other 20 apps do. I think something in the msi is causing this. Am using the vendor supplied msi, which comes with plenty of info on modifying for functions within the program but nothing on install/reinstall.
