Package Hotfixes\Patches into Install

Hey guys

What is the best way to install Patches\Hotfixes as part of an original install???

I have an application that requieres to hotfixes to be added straight after the install is done. The application and hotfixes are all . MSI files so would the best option to be create MSTs for all the MSIs and then run it as a single instance with the MSTs attached, or is it possible to add the hotfixes into 1 MST with Adminstudio?? I new to doing (if you hadn't already guessed :)) ) so any help would be appreciated.
Deployment would be done with SMS 2003 and Transforms created with Adminstudio.

Cheers

I'd recommend to do this with a nested installation. This means that during the installation (and uninstallation) of the original .msi the other .msi's get installed and uninstalled as well.
To achieve this, you have to create a few lines in your original .msi!
And please only use Orca to achieve this unless it is a captured .msi you created yourself.

For detailed information of what you need to insert, please check the following post regarding Adobe Reader 7.0.5:
