Orange Business Everywhere 8.0.7 Shortcut Issue
Has anyone captured the Orange Business Everywhere setup? I captured the setup created an MSI. when i install the MSI, the shortcut does not launch.
There is no error message. Nothing happens.
Any body who faced this issue and solved it. Please help.
I have tried even taking the second capture after launching the shortcut. Even then the msi's shortcut does not launch.
The exe the shortcut is pointing to does not launch if i double click it from program files and well. But it lauches both ways when the source is installed.
What could be the reason, that the shortcut exe itself does not launch.

Use procmon and try to analyze.
Alternatively, you can try having a gap capture with light weight snapshot tool.
