Oracle Data Provider for .NET 9.2.0.4.01 response file issues
Hi All,
I am new to creating response files. i would like to create install and uninstall response files for Oracle Data Provider for .NET 9.2.0.4.01 .
i tried creating the same using the command line setup.exe -record -destinationfile c:\temp\install.rsp but this didn't create the response files in c:\temp.
i tried creating a subfolder under c:\temp\folder with full permissions for the user but in vain.
would anyone of us help me in getting these response files created?

Presumably because you don't have rights to that folder. Most people would probably opt for %TEMP% which is the user's temporary folder. However, one would have to question why you're packaging with an account which doesn't have rights to every folder on the machine.

Can you try with this command
"setup.exe -record -responseFile C:\Temp\test.rsp"
"setup.exe -record -responseFile C:\Temp\test.rsp"
