One RSA not capturing an image

Running 9.1.178 of the SDA and a few RSAs at remote sites.  I am trying to capture an image of a Windows 10 21H2 computer and the RSA on the site will not capture the image not matter if I select a WIM or a K-Image.  When I Start Capture, I see the 3 or 4 quick flashes, but the progress bar never shows up.

As a test I changed my local DHCP option 66 to point to the RSA and also tried with another remote SDA and both were able to start the capture.  I cancelled the captures because they were going over the WAN and they were slow, but it showed just this one RSA was not capturing for some reason.

Are there any troubleshooting steps to take to see why this will deploy scripted installs fine, but not capture images?

Hi, I would suggest this:

1- following the best practices, please capture from a VM rather than a physical computer

2-Make sure that the RSA with problems have enough space

3-When in the capturing screen, you can try toggling the option "capturing directly to the server."

4-If nothing fix the problem, re-build that RSA from scratch.

Hope this info helps, if you require further assistance, I'd reach out to Quest Support.
