officeoutlookpatch problem
[8|]i have added an archieve.prf file to msi and then used activesetup to configure the settings for each user in end user PC. this package is getting deployed thruogh Radia & the problem seems to occuring when they try to deploy this package on laptop it throws message outlook has encountered a problem and its closing down.
any clues as what is exactly happening as the same package works fine in PC

"Exactly" is a little hard to answer
Laptops typically use the "Cached Exchange Mode" setting ... You can see if this setting is causing problems.

As ever, ProcMon will show you file & registry access in real time. You'll be groping in the dark otherwise.
