i have office deployed already that have sp2 already i am trying to patch office with sp3 i try what microsoft say to do but it doesn't work,
msiexec /a pro.msi /p MAINSP3ff.msp SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /qb
have anyone else had this problem

try ohotfix.exe and see if that can guide you through.
it's easy to miss a command line or something when you're trying to patch an administrative installation.
