You are logged into the user portal on a computer that doesn't have the KACE agent installed, or the agent hasn't updated its inventory and the interface can't match the IP address you are on with a machine in the inventory.

    thanks for the reply, but I could see this in most of the computers even though agent and Inventory is updated., anyway to fix this ? - rahimpal 8 years ago
    • If you look up the computer in the admin interface inventory module does the IP address match the one shown in the user interface? - chucksteel 8 years ago
