For Wise client installation, What is the difference between Nerwork and Local Installation? In which scenario we are going for Network and Local??

The difference is explained in the documentation but it's no different to any software which can be installed locally or as a network client.
If you don't know what that difference is, it might be wise [forgive the pun] to find out before you do any packaging.

Locally has the wise files on the client pc while they are not there with the network instal.
