Need help with manage installation k1000

Hi Ninjas! :)

I need help with manage installation in k1000.

So I want to do a update on a program that already exists in k1000 but it doesn't seems to work.
I am not able to uninstall the existing program in k1000 because I only need to do a update on the software.

So is it possible to do a update on a existing software in k1000 with a manage installation?

Yes, you can use a managed install to push out a software update, assuming that you have an update package. I have done this in the past using the same procedure that I use for creating any managed install:
1. Install the software on a test machine
2. Force inventory on test machine
3. Find new software title in machine's inventory
4. Upload installer to software title
5. Create managed install based on software title

If you absolutely NEED to uninstall one version before installing another you will have to create a script. You might be able to use the wizard in "Configuration Policy" for a removal job, otherwise you can do both uninstall and install in a single script job.
