Need help in the package
Hi,
My application name is Oracle Work Flow Builder. It is an exe and I have created Msi for this.
My application has one registry entry ie,.
HKLM\Software\Oracle\OracleMTSRecoveryService\Protid_0
Host 192.168.232.129.
Here this host address is the VMWare address where my exe got installed.
Can we directly remove this IP address or Can we give any condition or property to capture this IP address in the package. Because If we install this application in some other system it has to capture.
Can any body help on this.

If you need to add the computer's IP address on the client you're installing on then the best way would be to set a property from a custom action with its IP and use that property in the Registry table entry.
