Multiple entries for same user
I have a question about user profiles. for the majority of my users I have 2 or 3 entries for them in kace. One if they submitted an ticket through email, one from ldap and one if they logged in with their ad credentials. Is there a way to keep this from happening and merge their profiles or tickets into one login?
Also is this happening because I have something not configured correctly in kase that is allowing multiple users to be created for the same person with the same email address?
