MS Project 2007 Question

When I open project 2007 on my desktop I get the dialog box that allows me to connect to project server. Whether I connect to the server or work locally, Project always opens a blank project for me. Which I then have to close, and then go and locate the project I want to view. Is their a setting that will allow no project to open when the application is launched?

Thank you in advance.

Dude this is a Application Packaging Forum which deals with deployement of applications not with functionality of applications...[;)]
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
