How can I move the tickets to separate queue ? Example if users select Europe as Region in ticketing ..I want to move the tickets to Queue called Europe Helpdesk queue

  • You can do it manually by going to the queue the ticket is in, not the All Queues, and then check box it and using the Choose Action, you can then move the ticket from one to another queue.
  • no rules to do it automatically ?
    • Not by default, You would have to create a Ticket Rule and it would need a trigger.

From the list view, select the checkbox next to the ticket and then from the Action Menu choose "Move to Queue"
