Microsoft CRM dynamics 2010 trying to download pre-reqs at the time of installation

Hi,

We are trying to install CRM dynamics 2010 without internet connection.

When we install it with active internet connection then it downloads pre-reqs run-time and install them.

Try1 - We tried to install downloaded pre-reqs 1st=>internet connection deactivated=>tried to install CRM=>still tried to download pre-reqs from internet=>failed to download=>installation aborted.

If we are installing pre-reqs 1st still application tries to download from internet.

On Microsoft docs, we found that, we can resolve this issue by putting setup files in redist/i386 (we have to create this folder) folder. Still it did not work,

Has anyone faced this issue before?

From what I see it looks like the client installer is a self extracting exe that contains an MSI. Are you using the exe or the MSI for the setup?

See if, when you extract the exe, there might be an MSI in there and perhaps some .prq files..
