When I create a custom ticket view it works just fine, but I want to select some custom views and make them global so all of my admins can use them.
How can I accomplish this?

You cannot create a global custom view. There are some planned enhancements in this area, but today you can login to kbox at kbox/adminui and then created the the view you like with a search. Then you can bookmark that as all the search parms are in the URL. This URL can be shared.
